Simply spray on to surface or apply with water-fed pole/brush. Do not rinse off.

Apply only when it is not due to rain for up to 6-12 hours after application.
 
Treatments take time to show results, typically requiring days/weeks rather than instant effects
 
For heavy staining, a second application may be needed
